After moving to Jamaica and succeeding in their Inter Schools Championships, Nethanell Mitchell-Blake was recruited by Louisiana State University. 

At the 2017 World Championships, he anchored the British team to 4x100m gold in London, before also winning relay gold at the European Championships in Berlin, where he won silver in the 200m. 

In 2019, he again ran anchor, as Britain came away with silver in Doha.

In front of a 30,000 strong crowd at the newly refurbished Alexander Stadium, Team England picked up a host of medals at Birmingham 2022.
