Acelya Toprak took her judo career to new heights when she claimed silver at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The 25-year-old came second at the 2017 European Championships and has gone from strength to strength ever since, gaining valuable experience at the 2022 competition.

She has also shown her class in the Continental Cup, winning gold at the Dubrovnik European Cup in 2021. 

The exciting judoka had an excellent opportunity to show what she is made of and proved her capabilities at the Coventry Arena.
