The team behind the team are absolutely crucial in creating the right performance environment to ensure Team England athletes can compete at their best and inspire the nation.

The roles will vary across all our departments from operations, to medical, communications to VIP stakeholder programme.

We have a firm commitment to making sport more inclusive and we know that sports administration has an underrepresentation of those from minority ethnic backgrounds and people with disabilities. So we strongly encourage you to apply when applications open if you consider yourself to be currently underrepresented in this space.

Rakhee Tailor

Jonny Riall

Jonny volunteered for Team England almost 20 years ago at the last home Commonwealth Games in Manchester when he was just out of school! He says that volunteering at the Games paved the way for his career in sport and he was our triathlon Team Leader for Birmingham 2022.
