One half of an English sporting partnership like no other, Joaquin Bello is blessed with an incredible ability to jump and he made a splash in Birmingham 2022, securing Commonwealth Games bronze.

Joaquin and twin brother Javier have been Britain’s No.1 pairing since January 2019, winning GB’s first World Tour medal in that year and striking maiden gold in 2021. 

Coached by father Luis, Joaquin takes the edge off an ‘intense’ set-up by studying for a medicine degree at Imperial College.
