Chris Turnbull and guide dog James first got involved in bowls at Scarborough Indoor Centre in 2000.

Two decades on, he will combine with Alison Yearling and go for gold in the pairs event in Birmingham.

The duo are directed by mother and son duo Sue Wherry and Mark Wherry, from Cornwall.
