On Saturday – Team England diving sensation Jack laugher continued his fine form as he secured silver in the men’s 3m springboard at the Diving World Series in Montreal.
The 5-time Commonwealth champion will be competing on home soil soon, competing at the series finale in London in just a few weeks’ time.

Continuing Team England’s success in the water over the weekend was Alice Tai who won two gold medals and set a new world record on the final night of the British Para-swimming International Meet in Glasgow.

More medals in the pool this weekend came in the form of gold with Team England swimmer Ben Proud winning in the men’s 50m freestyle at the FINA Championships Swim Series in Guangzhou.

She won silver on the Gold Coast for Team England and Jess Learmonth has done it again, claiming silver in the World Triathlon Series event in Bermuda
The 31-year-old led going into the 10km run but was passed by American Katie Zaferes, who stayed clear to win in one hour 59 minutes 52 seconds in challenging conditions.
Women’s Hockey
It was a narrow clash in London between Great Britain and USA as the women settled for 1-1 draw but claimed a shootout bonus point.
Team England’s Giselle Ansley opened the scoring with GB coming away with two points and their USA opposition one point.
