During the week, Duncan Shea-Simonds is a design manager but when he isn't working, he has also been a sighted guide for elite para triathletes.

For the previous 15 years, he was a GB age-group triathlete over Olympic distance, long course and cross triathlon.

The Salisbury-born outdoors-lover has also completed countless Ironman Triathlons and has a 2:44:16 marathon personal best.
