Since her final dive at the Olympics in Tokyo last year, the Commonwealth Games could not come soon enough for Lois Toulson.

She was disappointed with seventh and ninth place finishes in Tokyo and vowed to rediscover her best form ahead of Birmingham.

A silver medal in the 10m synchro at the British Championships in May provided a timely reminder of the talent, and she would ultimately win Commonwealth silver in Birmingham.

She had previously claimed gold at the European Games and European Diving Championships, in addition to a World Championship silver medal in 2017.

Team England made a splash in diving with their most successful ever Commonwealth Games in the sport seeing them win six golds and 16 medals in total.
