With the Commonwealth Games being on home soil, we can expect to see Heather Cowell play her best rugby. 

The back scored twice on her England XV debut on her home ground of Twickenham Stoop against Canada and has crossed twice more in her next two appearances. 

On the Sevens stage, Cowell has been part of series wins for GB and England in Canada, Croatia and Hungary, and will now have a chance to add some home sevens silverware in Birmingham.
