Hayden Hyde swapped England for Ulster when he was 18 but the centre is back on home soil and ready to make his Commonwealth Games debut. 

The 21-year-old represents Harlequins domestically, making four appearances for Quins while his England Sevens duty kept him busy internationally. 

Hyde made his England debut in the Malaga leg of the World Series, before playing in front of a home crowd for the first time as the Series concluded in Twickenham.
