Daniel Goodfellow has never been one to sit still, which is useful when your job involves pulling off intricate twists and turns.
The 25-year-old partnered with Tom Daley for Olympic, European and Commonwealth Games medals in the 10m synchro between 2016 and 2018.
Following victory on the Gold Coast in his maiden Commonwealth Games, Goodfellow made the switch from platform to springboard and joined up with Jack Laugher.
The Cambridge native completed the set as the duo earned World Championship silver in 2019 before claiming gold in the Diving World Cup Tokyo.
Success could not be repeated at the same venue for the Olympics and now Goodfellow’s career has taken another turn. He will now go solo in the 3m springboard, having been crowned European junior champion in solo platform back in 2013.
