One of the most experienced shuttlers in England, Chloe Birch upgraded on the mixed team bronze she won on the Gold Coast in 2018 with Commonwealth silver alongside Lauren Smith in Birmingham.

Having appeared at the 2014 Games in Glasgow, the Lancashire star has built a successful women’s doubles partnership with Smith. 

They won silver at the European Championships in 2021 and represented Great Britain at the Tokyo Olympics, exiting at the group stage.

Birch has a particular passion for multi-sport Games that dates back as far as 2013 when she represented Team GB at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival.
