Springboard star Amy Rollinson is riding a wave after being crowned British junior champion for the first time.

The teenager made her debut on the global stage at last year’s FINA Grand Prix in Canada and has made significant strides since then.

In April nailed a reverse two and a half tuck for the first time in competition to take the British junior title in the 1m springboard event.

Having also won national medals alongside Desharne Bent-Ashmeil in the 3m springboard synchro, Rollinson is poised to make a big impression in Birmingham.

Diving
England is one of the top diving nations in the Commonwealth with some of the sport’s biggest stars such as Tom Daley competing for Team England at previous Games.
