Alicia Maude started playing rugby aged six, and was the only girl on her team until she was 11 when she had to play girls-only rugby.

Nicknamed 'Stumpy', Maude rose through the Hampshire age groups before being called up for England U18s and joining Gloucester-Hartpury.

And Maude, who posts plenty of behind-the-scenes content on her TikTok, is now a key cog in the England Sevens machine.
