The key to Zoe Smith's international weightlifting career is coffee.
The two-time Olympian funded her journey to Tokyo by working as a barista after she was ruled out of Rio 2016 due to a shoulder injury.
Smith first got into the sport through gymnastics, as her training centre was looking for girls to join their new weightlifting club.
And her talent was obvious from the start as she went on to win bronze at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in the 58kg category.
It was Smith's first international senior competition and it put her straight into the history books as the first English woman to win a Commonwealth medal in weightlifting.
