Forward Will Calnan proved exactly why he is so feared as he helped England to hockey bronze at Birmingham 2022.

Calnan is known for his outrageous goal scoring abilities and has long been one of the hottest hockey properties around.

The Londoner missed out on a place n a place on the Tokyo 2020 Olympic team, named as a reserve, but proved the doubters wrong on home soil in Birmingham.

The forward netted ten goals in five games at the 2017 U21 Euros before he found the target twice in his first senior international debut at the 2018 World Cup.

Bringing pace to the field, the England player helped his Hampstead and Westminster team to their first Men's Hockey League title in 2019, scoring in the semi-final.
