Tatum Keen has gone from strength to strength since joining the British Judo set up, and is relishing the opportunity of mixing it with the best at this summer’s Commonwealth Games.
Keen will make her Team England debut in Glasgow this summer following two second-place finishes – at the 2025 Prague European Open and this year’s Tbilisi Grand Slam – in her last five events.
Silver at Tbilisi marked her first medal at the Grand Slam level and will provide the former Bristol University student with a wave of confidence heading into this summer.
The judoka learnt her craft at Bradley Stoke Judo Club in Bristol and cites watching the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, in particular former training partner Lele Nairne, as a huge motivator to make the grade this time around.
