Tatum Keen has gone from strength to strength since joining the British Judo set up, and relished her newfound success with bronze at Glasgow 2026.
Keen made her Team England debut in Glasgow this summer following two second-place finishes – at the 2025 Prague European Open and this year’s Tbilisi Grand Slam – in her last five events, before winning Commonwealth bronze in the 52kg class.
Silver at Tbilisi marked her first medal at the Grand Slam level and will provide the former Bristol University student with a wave of confidence heading into this summer.
The judoka learnt her craft at Bradley Stoke Judo Club in Bristol and cites watching the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, in particular former training partner Lele Nairne, as a huge motivator to make the grade this time around.
