Stuart Rushmere only made his England debut in February 2022, but just six months later was celebrating Commonwealth bronze at Birmingham 2022.

Rushmere has risen up through the ranks of the GB Elite Development Programme alongside his studies at Loughborough University and now plies his trade for Surbiton.

A first Great Britain cap followed in December 2022, with the 22-year-old now firmly into double figures of England caps as he becomes an increasingly important part of the midfield.
