Shanice Beckford-Norton helped fire her 3x3 basketball side to silver at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Few English players love the 3x3 version of basketball more than Shanice Beckford-Norton.

The 5ft8 guard for London Lions is known throughout the domestic game for her relentless energy and enthusiasm which helped her team to Commonwealth silver.

The only member of the squad who plays their basketball at home, and a Londoner herself, Beckford-Norton helped her domestic team to the both regular championship and play-off titles in 2021-22.

Her individual performances in the play-offs also saw her collect the MVP award.
