Two-time European champion Sarah Davies-Smale will return to Glasgow 12 years after making her Commonwealth Games debut.
A total of 219kg was the number that sealed her a second continental crown in 2026, sealing back-to-back titles in the 63kg category.
Davies-Smale has two Commonwealth medals to her name already, snatching gold in the 71kg classification in Birmingham, having previously won 69kg silver at the 2018 Games on the Gold Coast.
The weightlifter is also a World silver medallist and will return to the scene of her Commonwealth debut in Glasgow looking to add more gold to the list.
