Ondine Achampong might have been the youngest member of Team England's gymnastics team but she was integral to their golden success.

The teenager helped the women's team to Commonwealth champions before picking up two individual successes of her own in the all-around and floor.

From there she has only grown in strength, adding a 2022 World team silver and 2023 European team gold to her name.

A European Youth Olympic Festival champion in 2019 on balance beam, as well as winning silver in the all-around, Achampong also claimed silver in the 2020 Melbourne World Cup on balance beam.

In November 2021, Achampong secured four medals at the British Championships – gold in the all-around, two silvers on uneven bars and on balance beam, as well as bronze on floor.
