Olympic and European bronze medallist Madias Ngake will make her Team England debut at Glasgow 2026 after switching allegiance from Cameroon.
The weightlifter won a staggering bronze at London 2012 in the -75kg category for the country of her birth.
However, having lived in England for some years, she switched allegiance in 2024 and immediately returned to the podium, winning snatch silver in the 87kg category at the 2024 world championships.
Ngake now arrives in Glasgow in fine form after winning European bronze in 2026.
