Lorraine Ugen is a talented multi-event athlete, representing her country in both the long jump and 100m.

She won gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games as part of the 4x 100m relay team, but her speciality is in the sandpit.

And in Birmingham, Ugen jumped to a distance of 6.60m to clinch a fifth place finish behind Team England teammate Jazmin Sawyers.

The two-time Olympian claimed her second World Indoor bronze in March with a distance just shy of her 7.05m personal best.

Athletics and Para-Athletics
In front of a 30,000 strong crowd at the newly refurbished Alexander Stadium, Team England picked up a host of medals at Birmingham 2022.
