Lizzie Simmonds appeared at her third Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.

Lizzie joined the other swimmers in Team England’s squad to compete at the Optus Aquatic Centre in the women's 100m backstroke, 200m backstroke and the 4x100m medley relay.

She won a silver medal in Delhi 2010.
