Kieran Rollings was the youngest member of the England Lawn Bowls team at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, aged 18 and agonisingly missed out on a medal.

He did not suffer the same fate at Birmingham 2022, winning bronze with Craig Bowler in the men's para pairs.

Back at the 2018 Games in the triples event, Rollings, Paul Brown and Mike Robertson finished fourth after an heart-breaking 16-13 defeat to South Africa in the bronze medal match.

Four years on, he competed alongside 2021 DBE National Outdoor Pairs champion Craig Bowler.

Inspired by his grandad who also played bowls, Rollings’s previous landmark achievement was lifting the Sutton Winson Plate at the British Championships in 2015.

Lawn Bowls
It was a hugely successful campaign at Leamington Spa’s Victoria Park and some thrilling games saw Team England leave the plush lawn with six medals including two gold, two silver and two bronze.
