Commonwealth Appearances

Kieran O’Hara was singled out as one to watch when he was selected for the British Athletics Paralympic Development Academy in 2018.

Since then, his versatility has stood out, competing over 400m all the way up to cross-country events, and in 2023, he finished fourth in the para 1500m at the London Diamond League.

The same year, he represented England for the first time, winning silver over the same distance at the Loughborough International, while he is also the national record holder over 800m in the T20 classification.

He earned a bronze medal as part of the 4x400m relay team at the European Athletics Championships in Sweden in 2024 and is now set for his Commonwealth Games debut in Glasgow.

Athletics and Para-Athletics
In front of a 30,000 strong crowd at the newly refurbished Alexander Stadium, Team England picked up a host of medals at Birmingham 2022.
