Wing Katie Januszewska was the youngest member of Team England’s 3x3 basketball team in what was her Commonwealth Games debut in Glasgow.
She balances her time playing for Leicester Riders in Super League Basketball with studying for an engineering degree at Loughborough University.
Januszewska was named in the British Team of the Year in 2024/25 with her form for the Riders earning her a place in Great Britain’s squad for the 2025 Women’s EuroBasket.
She was part of the Glasgow 2026 squad that just missed out on progressing to the semi-finals.
