James Guy won a medal in every event he competed in at Birmingham 2022, and he will be out to do the same in Glasgow.
Last time out in the Midlands, the freestyle and butterfly star claimed six medals – one gold, two silver and three bronze - to take his overall Commonwealth Games total to 13.
The 30-year-old has won three Olympic gold medals as well as three silvers having topped the podium twice in Tokyo in the 4x200m freestyle and 4x100m mixed medley and once in Paris – defending the 4x200m freestyle crown alongside Duncan Scott, Tom Dean, and Matt Richards.
Guy won his first Commonwealth Games gold medal in Glasgow back in 2014 in the 4x100m medley, kickstarting a career which has also seen him become a six-time world champion.
Outside of swimming, Guy can often be found watching golf or tackling 18 holes himself, while he is also a passionate Manchester City fan.
