Jake Minshull had his first taste of international success in early 2026 and is ready to add more at his maiden Commonwealth Games this summer.
The University of Birmingham athlete won 4x400m bronze at the 2026 World Relay Championships in May on senior international debut.
A European U23 finalist, Minshull shocked former world indoor champion Alexander Doom at the scottishathletics EAP International in Glasgow at the start of the year.
He is back in business for Team England in Glasgow, taking to the track in his preferred 400m hurdles after winning bronze at the 2026 British Championships.
