Jack Skerry will make his Team England bow at Glasgow 2026. 

Skerry made a splash with European Under-23 gold in the 100m backstroke last summer and now has eyes on continuing his ascent on the senior stage, having represented Great Britain at the European Short-Course Championships in December 2025. 

The University of Bath student is part of the AquaticsGB World Class Programme, and studies computer science alongside his training.

Swimming and Para-Swimming
Tom Dean aka “The SubmaDean” followed up his double Olympic triumph at Tokyo 2020 by making history in Birmingham, becoming the first Home Nations athlete to win seven medals at a single Commonwealth Games.
