Harry Kendall followed up his first national title with a sixth-placed finish at Birmingham 2022.

The Tonbridge decathlete set personal bests in four events in Bedford as he claimed the English title to put himself in fine fettle ahead of his arrival in Birmingham.

And Kendall made his Commonwealth Games debut on home soil with a score of 7487.
