After suffering two cardiac arrests after birth, Hannah Cockroft was left with brain damage, deformed feet and mobility problems and has gone on to have significant sporting success.
After picking up wheelchair racing at a talent day at Loughborough University in October 2007, Cockroft has blazed a trail straight to legend status.
A winner of seven gold medals across three Paralympic games as well as 11 gold medals at World Championships and three gold medals and a silver at the European Championships, Cockroft has achieved greatness as a T34 British track athlete.
This summer, Cockroft will make her much awaited Commonwealth Games debut for Team England and will be looking to add another gold medal to her already unrivalled collection.
