European medallist Grace Lister heads to her second Commonwealth Games at Glasgow 2026.
Lister will join the team pursuit squad looking to upgrade from the bronze they won at Birmingham 2022.
Lister made her Commonwealth debut at those Games aged just 18, where she finished 14th in both the individual pursuit and scratch race, gaining vital experience along the way.
Having first sat on a bike aged six, Lister’s journey in the sport started at Wolverhampton Wheelers and continued at the increasingly successful Bridgnorth club.
She broke onto the British Cycling programme in 2021 and took European junior gold in stunning style alongside Maddie Leech, Millie Couzens and Zoe Backstedt.
She backed that up with two world junior medals in 2022, winning Madison gold alongside Backstedt and omnium bronze.
In 2025, she made the step from junior to senior medallist, winning European team pursuit bronze in Belgium, before adding gold in the same event at the U23 Europeans.
