Daniel Wolff makes his Commonwealth Games debut with an English 800m record to his name as his T20 classification enters the programme.

The Special Olympics 400m gold medallist impressed at the 2024 London Athletics Meet at the Diamond League stop, finishing fourth in the 1500m with an out-of-competition PB of 4:02:47.

Daniel has followed in his the footsteps of his great grandfather Frederick, a gold medallist at the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games in the 4x400m reply for Great Britain, in taking up athletics.

Away from the track, Wolff works as a shoeshiner and is a keen trainspotter.
