A medal at a major Games was all that is missing from Cindy Sember’s glittering CV before she secured Commonwealth Games bronze in the 100m hurdles at Birmingham 2022.

Already a British champion and European indoor silver medallist, Sember was expected to lead Team England’s medal charge on the track and she duly delivered.

Only her sister Tiffany Porter and Jessica Ennis-Hill sit ahead of Sember on the British all-time list for 60m and 100m hurdles.
