Batter Bryony Smith has been a regular for Surrey since making her debut aged 16.

A sporadic England career has followed, first making her debut in 2018, but was part of the Team England side who competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games as women's cricket made its debut.

Smith finished the 2019 County Championship as the third-highest run-scorer with 347, with England appearances duly following her impressive performances with the bat.

Able to bowl off-spin alongside her skill with the bat, Smith made her WT20I debut in 2018 before her WODI debut the year after, as well as appearing for Welsh Fire in the inaugural iteration of The Hundred.
