Commonwealth Appearances

A teenage swimmer from Cockermouth swimming club, Brooklyn Hale booked her place at her first Commonwealth Games in 2026.

The talented freestyle swimmer claimed mixed classification 400m bronze at the Aquatics GB Championships in London behind Paralympic and world champions Alice Tai and Faye Rogers.

It was her second bronze medal in the event, and the British junior record holder is now set for her senior international debut this summer.

Swimming and Para-Swimming
Tom Dean aka “The SubmaDean” followed up his double Olympic triumph at Tokyo 2020 by making history in Birmingham, becoming the first Home Nations athlete to win seven medals at a single Commonwealth Games.
