Having missed out on the 2018 Games through injury, Ben Williams has a point to prove this time round.

The triple-jumper bounced back from that disappointment with a personal best of 17.14m in 2019 to qualify for both the World Championships and Olympics.

And now the Sale Harrier will be looking to push on in front of a home crowd this summer and make up for lost time.
