At just 20 years old, Ben Hickling will make his Team England debut at Birmingham 2022. 

The youngster made his international debut back in 2019 at the EU Cup and has since claimed back-to-back titles at the British Championships but this will be his biggest competition yet. 

At the 2021 British Championships, Hickling took victory by breaking the British records for U20, U23 and senior levels in the 55kg category.

Hickling, who hails from Eastbourne, is a keen rugby fan, supporting both England and Wasps.
