Rising star Bebe Jackson made her Commonwealth Games debut with a ninth place finish in the women's F44 Discus at Glasgow 2026.
It came off the back of a breakout 2025 where the sprinter, who competes in the T44 100m and 200m, claimed a bronze medal at the World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi.
Jackson finished third in the 100m to claim her maiden world medal and also came third in the 200m but was not awarded the bronze medal due to there only being three competitors in the race.
The Woodford Green and Essex athlete might have made her full debut in Glasgow, but she was not unfamiliar with Commonwealth Games success having won silver in the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games in the F42-44/F61-64 Discus.
