Asha Philip will be appearing at her second Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in April after winning a bronze medal at Glasgow 2014.

Asha, from London, will join the other athletes in Team England’s athletics squad to compete at the Carrara Stadium in the 100m and 4x100m relay.

She was the first British woman to achieve a global 100m title at any age-group, winning gold at the 2007 World Youth Championships aged 16.

She is coached by Steve Fudge at Newham and Essex Beagles.
