Anyika Onuora appeared at her third Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in April. 

Anyika, from Liverpool, joined the other athletes in Team England’s athletics squad to compete at the Carrara Stadium in the 400m and 4x400m relay.

She is coached by Rana Reider at Liverpool Harriers.
