Team England athletes took centre stage at the Glasgow 2026 Opening Ceremony, as 150 athletes and staff processed through The Hydro.

King Charles and Queen Camilla arrived via Doctor Who's TARDIS alongside Sir Chris Hoy before athletes from 74 nations and territories made their way through the arena.

Team England were led by flagbearer Sian Honnor and baton bearer Luke Greenbank ahead of 10 days of competition across Glasgow.

England's netballers were amongst the athletes in attendance, as they eye a return to the podium.
