Designed in collaboration with Kukri Sports, the new range takes inspiration from Glasgow’s distinctive characterblending bold street art influences with the work of renowned Scottish designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The result is a modern look intended for maximum comfort for the athlete whilst honouring Glasgow’s cultural identity. Today offers a first look of how our athletes will appear on one of the biggest stages in international sport.

One of the standout pieces pays tribute to Mackintosh through subtle geometric detailing, linking tradition with a contemporary performance aesthetic.

Team sports athletes will have the option of competing in either red or white kits, while a new addition will see Loughborough UniversityTeam England’s official University Partnerfeatured on the sleeves of medal ceremony attire for the first time.

"People say, 'look good, feel good', and  really what it is,” said 3x3 basketball player Shanice Beckford-Norton, who won Commonwealth Games silver in Birmingham four years ago.

She added, "Everything with Team England is always super clean and super sharp and when it gets to podium time, every moment feels really good when you're all dressed out in this kit. I know a lot has gone into making sure that every sport and every athlete feels comfortable in what they're wearing, whether it's practice, whether it's casual, whether it's competition."

Sustainability has also been a key focus in the development of the kit. Working closely with Kukri, the team has incorporated more recycled materials, improved durability and reduced manufacturing waste, alongside streamlining the overall kit pack to limit excess.

Mark Osikoya, CEO of Commonwealth Games England, said: “With 100 days to go, unveiling this kit feels like a real moment. Kukri have created something that captures the energy of Glasgow design and the pride of representing England. We can’t wait to see our athletes wearing it this summer.”

Andy Ronnie, Group CEO of Kukri Sports, added: “This collection is the result of months of collaboration, athlete feedback and creative exploration. We’re proud to deliver a kit that celebrates culture, performance and sustainability. We’re excited to see Team England bring it to life in Glasgow.”
