Tomorrow marks the final day of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games with England’s Netball team looking to continue their history-making games.

After a buzzer-beating victory earlier today against Jamaica, the roses find themselves in a Commonwealth Games final for the first time in their history. They face hosts Australia in the gold medal match.

Having already won a gold medal in the women’s para-triathlon earlier in the games, Jade Jones switches sports to race in the women’s T54 marathon with the aim of achieving silverware from two different sports.

Alyson Dixon and Sonia Samuels compete in the women’s marathon while Jones’ husband Callum Hall features in the men’s T54 marathon.

Jones and Hall aren’t the only married couple in action however, as defending champions Chris and Gabby Adcock head into the badminton mixed doubles final with hopes of bringing further gold medals back to the Adcock household. It’s an all-England final as they face Marcus Ellis and Lauren Smith, who will need to keep plenty in reserve for further finals later in the day.

Ellis also pairs up with Chris Langridge in the men’s doubles final versus India, while Smith heads back on court alongside Sarah Walker in the women’s doubles final against Malaysia.

Elsewhere, after winning men’s doubles table tennis gold with Paul Drinkhall, Liam Pitchford pairs up with 19-year-old Tin-Tin in the mixed doubles final.

In squash, Daryl Selby and Adrian Waller team up against the Australian pairing of Zac Alexander and David Palmer in the men’s doubles final.

Hoping to bring the games to a triumphant close will be the men’s and women’s rugby sevens teams. They must first however navigate the semi-final stages, with both teams facing New Zealand.
