Double World and Paralympic gold medallist Hannah Cockcroft and tv and radio broadcaster Greg James have backed Team England at the Commonwealth Games by modelling items from the range of supporter merchandise.

 

Hannah, who holds the World and British records for the T34 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m events and the Paralympic records for the T34 100m and 200m is firmly behind the team as they prepare for the Games in Glasgow which get underway on July 23rd.

 

Hannah said: “I’m right behind Team England this summer and what better way to show your support to the athletes competing in Glasgow than by buying the England supporter range of merchandise.”  

 

Huge sports fan Greg is also backing Team England at the Games saying: “I’ll be watching the action and I can’t wait! Really want the whole country to get behind the athletes this year to show them our support in any way they can.”

The merchandise range is the first time that fans have been able to buy supporter wear for a Games, and engage with the Commonwealth Games England brand.

 

Funds raised by the sale of merchandise will go towards helping Commonwealth Games England support the Team.
