Team England looks set to end the Commonwealth Youth Games on a high as competition comes to a close on day six.

Tennis, Boxing and Athletics remain the only sports in which England will compete on the final day - and all three contain strong medal opportunities.

Seven Team England boxers including Charles Frankham and ‘Sugar’ Shiloh Defreitas will fight in the gold medal bouts of their respective weight categories.

On the track, Team England will be hoping to keep up a strong tradition in the relays at the home of the World Relay Championships including the 4x200m mixed relay, an event rarely seen back home.

In tennis, Indianna Spink will pick herself up after a difficult defeat to India, playing South Africa for a bronze medal.

With day five all but securing England’s spot at the top of the medal table which they have held since the opening day, the closing ceremony will bring the curtain down on a fantastic few days of sport. Team England’s young athletes have done the nation proud.
