Ursula Carroll made her Commonwealth Games debut at the age of 14 in Glasgow.
The Stockport prodigy, who is visually impaired, set a new European record in the S13 200IM, also finishing fifth in the 100m fly in a new PB.
At her first Commonwealth Games she finished fifth in the women's S13 50m freestyle and sixth in the 100m.
Her sister Astrid competed in the same events for Team Scotland in Glasgow.
