Artistic gymnast Abi Martin secured three silver medals on her Commonwealth Games debut in Glasgow.
She helped England secure victory in the team event, then claimed individual honours in the vault and floor exercise.
Her Team England bow came just two years after she competed at her maiden Olympic at Paris 2024 – a feat she achieved before receiving her GCSE results.
Martin was part of the Team GB squad that finished fourth in the women's team event in the French capital aged just 16.
Despite only recently becoming age-eligible for senior competition, she already boasted a silver medal from the 2024 European Championships in Rimini before arriving in Paris.
And she added to that as part of the women's team as they secured silver in Glasgow - thanks in no small part to Martin's dazzling display on the floor.
Born and raised in Paignton, Devon, Martin added a World Championship medal to her name in 2025 when she took bronze in the floor exercise in Jakarta.
